This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Quantum System LLC <\/strong>(“drquantum.io,” “we”) 3-Level Referral Program. By registering as an Affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”), you agree to abide by these terms. <\/p>\n\n

\n\n

1. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
    \n
  • Requirements:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Be over 18 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Have a valid account on drquantum.io.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Not be an employee or immediate family member of Quantum System LLC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Forbidden:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Spam (e.g., unsolicited mass emails).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Unauthorized use of trademarks or logos.v<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Self-referrals or fake accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        2. Commission Structure<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

        • Levels:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Level 1 (Direct)<\/strong>: [X]% on sales generated by your links.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Level 2 (Indirect<\/strong>): [Y]% on affiliate sales that you recruited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Level 3 (Network)<\/strong>: [Z]% of second-degree affiliate sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              3. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

              • Frequency<\/strong>: Monthly (until the 15th of the following month).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Platforms<\/strong>: PayPal, bank transfer (shipping costs covered by the Affiliate).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Taxes<\/strong>: The Affiliate is responsible for reporting income to the IRS\/local agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                4. Obligations of the Affiliate<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
                  \n
                • Ethical Promotion<\/strong>:\n
                    \n
                  • Do not make false claims (e.g., “make easy money”).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Clarify that you are an affiliate (FTC Compliance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Comply with Laws<\/strong>:\n
                      \n
                    • CAN-SPAM Act (USA) for emails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • GDPR (if you are targeting a European audience).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                      5. Rights of Quantum System LLC<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
                        \n
                      • Monitoring<\/strong>: We can audit accounts for fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Modification<\/strong>: Change commissions or rules with 30 days’ notice (via email).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Termination<\/strong>: Terminate accounts that violate this Agreement without payment due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                        6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
                          \n
                        • Limited License<\/strong>: Use marketing materials provided by drquantum.io only for authorized promotions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Prohibited:<\/strong> Modifying creatives or using domains similar to “drquantum”.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                          7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
                            \n
                          • We do not guarantee<\/strong> Affiliate income or success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • We are not liable <\/strong>for indirect damages (e.g. loss of customers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                            8. Termination<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
                              \n
                            • For any reason<\/strong>: Either party may cancel with 7 days’ notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Effects<\/strong>:\n
                                \n
                              • Loss of access to the affiliate panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              • Outstanding commissions will be paid if they meet the requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                                9. Applicable Law<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
                                  \n
                                • Jurisdiction<\/strong>: Florida, USA<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                • Disputes<\/strong>: Binding Arbitration in Tallahassee, FL (50\/50 cost sharing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
                                  \n\n
