AFFILIATE AGREEMENT – DRQUANTUM.IO

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Quantum System LLC (“drquantum.io,” “we”) 3-Level Referral Program. By registering as an Affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”), you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Eligibility

• Requirements:
  • Be over 18 years old.
  • Have a valid account on drquantum.io.
  • Not be an employee or immediate family member of Quantum System LLC.
• Forbidden:
  • Spam (e.g., unsolicited mass emails).
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks or logos.v
  • Self-referrals or fake accounts.

2. Commission Structure

• Levels:
  • Level 1 (Direct): [X]% on sales generated by your links.
  • Level 2 (Indirect): [Y]% on affiliate sales that you recruited.
  • Level 3 (Network): [Z]% of second-degree affiliate sales.
• Conditions:
  • Commissions only apply to completed and paid sales (no refunds).
  • Minimum payments: [$$] per withdrawal (e.g.: $50).

3. Payment Methods

• Frequency: Monthly (until the 15th of the following month).
• Platforms: PayPal, bank transfer (shipping costs covered by the Affiliate).
• Taxes: The Affiliate is responsible for reporting income to the IRS/local agencies.

4. Obligations of the Affiliate

• Ethical Promotion:
  • Do not make false claims (e.g., “make easy money”).
  • Clarify that you are an affiliate (FTC Compliance).
• Comply with Laws:
  • CAN-SPAM Act (USA) for emails.
  • GDPR (if you are targeting a European audience).

5. Rights of Quantum System LLC

• Monitoring: We can audit accounts for fraud.
• Modification: Change commissions or rules with 30 days’ notice (via email).
• Termination: Terminate accounts that violate this Agreement without payment due.

6. Intellectual Property

• Limited License: Use marketing materials provided by drquantum.io only for authorized promotions.
• Prohibited: Modifying creatives or using domains similar to “drquantum”.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee Affiliate income or success.
• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g. loss of customers).

8. Termination

• For any reason: Either party may cancel with 7 days’ notice.
• Effects:
  • Loss of access to the affiliate panel.
  • Outstanding commissions will be paid if they meet the requirements.

9. Applicable Law

• Jurisdiction: Florida, USA
• Disputes: Binding Arbitration in Tallahassee, FL (50/50 cost sharing).
